All our pot décor items are hand made, the materials of each item varies and thus the care for each porduct will be different, however here is a general guide to keeping your items as new and cute as possible.
*NOTE: Please do note that due to the hand made aspect of each product, there will be some variance in product look, feel and quality. Although we make sure all products are made with the utmost care and standard, there can be visible differentiation and quality depending on batch and materials used.
Our hand made mushroom décor are crafted from air dry clay, painted to perfection then sealed with either a gloss or matt varnish as a finish, the stems or sticks are also sealed with a matt varnish to ensure longer lasting in pots or in the garden.
Each of these cuties are unique, some are chunky others are pointy. Some are red, blue or orange and others are purple or spotted. These are made in batches, with each batch a little different from the last, so keep a look out for some cute unique mushrooms for your garden and pots!
Keeping your mushroom décor clean and tidy with a wipe of a damp cloth is all that is needed.
Our hand made feather décor are perfect little display pieces for your flower bouquets, indoor pot plants or to decorate that center piece on the dining room table.
Made with feathers collected over the years, from peacock feathers, parrot, pigeon, wild birds and more, each of these décor items are unique as the feathers that adorn them. String, paper flowers, little decorative wires and glitter are some of the many materials used to create these, made in large batches, each batch is unique to the other.
Keep your feather décor clean and tidy by simple using a soft clean cloth to lightly dust the feathers, do not wet the feathers, handel with care.
*All feathers are collected humanely from the birds when they molt, or otherwise found on the farm, no birds are harmed in any way to create these items.
Here at Plant Express, we also make custom décor on order, some of the cool items we have created include using dried pumpkins, items from the garden such as acorns or pine cones and more. So be it a birthday, an event or even just an item you would like for your home, we can make it!
Due to these product being made to order, they will differ significantly in design, colour and shape.
The care for these items will also differ depending on that item is created, please do ask us for advice if needed.
If items are made with natural materials such as wood, they will be sealed using either a matt or gloss varnish.
